to see what everyone is doing and where everyone is up to and also to assign jobs.

when finished the assigned work we could email it to group members the work incase we are away

there could be dissagreements that lead to arguements
someone might not do the work while evryone is working hard and there could be conflict
someone might get something they think is too hard and get angry with group leader
